Honey Rhubarb Sauce

This is a lower sugar version of Classic Rhubarb Sauce. 

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen Rhubarb, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan.  Bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer until tender (12-15 mins).  Stir frequently.
