A warm bowl of comfort that's loaded with vegetables and pieces of steak.
Sprinkle steak with 1 tbsp flour. Heat 1 tbsp oil in dutch oven or large pot. Saute meat until lightly browned on all sides. Remove from pan.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan. Saute onion 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and continue to saute for 1 minute. Add in celery, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir frequently for an additional minute or 2.
Mix in the tomatoes, potatoes and green beans. Stir. Add in broth and seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hour.
Blend melted butter with 1/4 cup flour to form a paste. Mix into the soup and continue stirring until dissolved. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning and enjoy.
